Obsolete 0915 - 1009-4 Removing an Ineligle Person or Closing an Ineligible Case

Effective Date:  December 15, 2009 - August 31, 2015

If the recipient reports a change or when information about a change is received from another reliable source and the change makes a recipient ineligible, remove the ineligible person from the case.  If no household member remains eligible close the case.  Provide the proper notice.  (See 811 for notice requirements.)  Determine if the individual is eligible for any other medical assistance program
