701-5  Children Who May be Enrolled Without Completing an Application

Previous Policy

Children may be added to an open CHIP case at any time during the certification period without requiring a new application or verifying current income.  The child must pass all other eligibility factors.  (See Section 602 #3 and 804-3.)
