Is the person an Iraqi or Afghan Special Immigrant?

May receive CHIP.

Was the person granted asylum under section 208 of the INA?

May receive CHIP.

Is the person’s deportation being withheld under section 243(h) or 241(b)(3) of the INA?

May receive CHIP.

 

No

 

 

Was the person granted status as a Cuban and Haitian entrant?

May receive CHIP.

Was the person admitted as an Amerasian immigrant?

May receive CHIP.

Is the person an American Indian born in Canada?

Is the person a veteran with an honorable discharge OR is the person a spouse, an unremarried surviving spouse, or dependent child of a veteran? Is this person Hmong or Highland Lao veteran?
