103  WORKER RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Meet the enrolleeā€˜s medical need by determining eligibility for benefits accurately and timely. 

  2. Provide information about CHIP and any Medicaid programs available, including those requiring a spenddown, so each enrollee can make informed decisions.

  3. Help the enrollee determine which programs are applicable to their circumstances and best meets their needs.

  4. Monitor and re-determine eligibility.

  5. Keep records which document eligibility.

  6. Observe the rights of the enrollee.

  7. Safeguard information and protect confidentiality.
